Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

I used Coolray to replace my old 2 ton Goodman unit with Bryant 2 stage 3 ton unit last Nov 22. install was nice and smooth but 1 month into the new unit, had issues in the 2nd stage coming on during peak winters. 2 service techs came over and were not able to identify the issue or fix it. Finally just before Christmas the lead service manager came over and found out the 2nd stage wiring and the dip switches in the air-handler has not been properly connected/configured.. Paid 1 month of heavy utility bills, thanks to Coolray !!
He fixed it and the unit worked okay in 2nd stage since then.
Followed by this incident, the unit didn't heat up adequately -> called Coolray's service techs again; 2-3 folks came by at different points of time, including their service manager and asked me to consider a ductwork overhaul as that's causing improper air flow.. Price is quite high compared to other competitors.. Even after several conversations and follow ups with the Sales guy, still haven't recieved a detailed plan of modification plan which is leading to this higher cost of what seems to be not so major ductwork modification and a firm official quote.. Waiting !!

The crew that came out was very helpful. The installation of the lights and fans was done well and quickly. They even took care of the old fans and lights. Thank you guys!

This guy showed me what he was going to fix tell me the cost fixed and left and my ac was running this simple. Thank you for responding so quick

Came later than I was told and pricing very high. Did act in professional manner and tech was really nice

Denis came out the same day we made the call. It’s cold outside! He came in, found the problem immediately, had everything he needed to fix it, and got my heat working within a half hour. He was fast and friendly and priced fair. I will definitely be using them again when needed!

Had a new hot water heater installed. Tech was on time, very polite, and professional. Highly recommend
