Jacob arrived on time and got to work diagnosing the furnace. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. He did a great job and made sure everything was in order. I was very happy with the quality of the service and price!

Mario did an excellent job fixing my furnace today. He was able to quickly find a broken connection in one of the circuit board plugs and thankfully had the correct board in stock. Got me up and running in 1 trip! Very appreciative since it was down below 50 in my house already! 5 gold stars for Mario!

I had service manager Joe Shepard come to my home to have our furnace turned on, which I have to do every year, since my warranty ran out with the original company Seider heating, I just wish I would have gone through west allis heating to begin with, Joe was amazing and educated me on my current furnace and very people friendly, enjoyed my time with Joe, would highly recommend west allis heating to family and friends, cannot go wrong with their impeccable service.

They fixed by blower motor & capacitor for hundreds less than Midwest Heating & Cooling quoted me and found a serious issue that the other guys had missed.

Their technician was on-time, thorough, and great about explaining what needed to be repaired.

Clarence did an excellent and timely job maintaining our furnaces. Noah did stellar work relocating our thermostat to a better location, and took the time to explain how to use it. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. This was the first time working with them and I will continue to utilized there services going forward. I was very impressed.

This company offers great service. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If they couldn't answer a question they found someone who could.
They have a tremendous well oiled operation. Things flowed seamlessly; they arrived on time, worked together & got the new furnace and A/C installed in less than a day. Had the old removed and cleaned up when done.
Our a/c went out when it was hot out & they even offered to let us use a window a/c before ours arrived.
The latest tech (Nate) that came out for the fall cleaning was very efficient & professional.

Was not happy with the service call. It was more of a sales call than a service call. Stated that there was nothing he could do for my central air to help but he did offer a choice of an extremely over priced repair or a new unit - which he said would also require a new furnace. Basically I was charged a service call for nothing. However, I was very pleased with the woman that answers the phone. She is very nice.

The original install was good, although the warranty call I made today was outstanding. I am somewhat of a critic, hence why I say the install ( 14 months ago) wasn't quite there as today was. We should keep in mind today was cost free!!! No service cost, or parts and labor! Install was quite diff. on the mind and the bank account. West Allis lived up to what they said from the beginning. We all know that sometimes there are things we don't know or understood, and cost has a way of creeping in. Not today. Good service is priceless sometimes, and today I received them both. Thx Joe ( West Allis H&C) .

Had my new furnace installed today. What an outstanding company. I highly recommend them. Special thanks to John, Brian & Brandon (and those behind the scenes - the electrician, the person picking up the scrap, etc.) for outstanding customer service.
