Got gouged on a simple fix for a church, so I told the church next time to use another company. They took all the scrap valves for money. The building had someone else put in a new system. Get multiple bids.

Saturday evening had our furnace blowing cold air and regularly sitting 10 degrees below what we had our thermostat set at. Rocco called and kept us updated with how many people were ahead of us. Upon arrival he was responsive to each thing we noticed and walked us through what our problem may be based on those observations. Was able to identify the problem and get our furnace back to full working condition within an hour and a half.

Kyle did an amazing job fixing my boiler. He took his time and explained things so I could understand. I am so pleased to be a maintenance agreement member. It makes all the difference in cost and service. Thank you!

My heat went out Monday morning called West Allis Heating and Cooling, they were busy set appointment up for Friday afternoon. I let Theresa know I was going to call around to see if I could get someone sooner and would let her know if I had. She called 4:30 Monday afternoon around 4:30 I told her let's keep the appointment even though heat had kicked in again. I received a call yesterday around 4:15 saying they had a cancellation and could come right away if I were at home. I was and Kyle was here within 15 mins explained my situation with my furnace, flame sensor ended up being dirty asked him since he was here could I get a tune up on my furnace said no problem. Kyle was not only professional, polite but very informative and quick. They have got a new customer for life. Thanks for a job well done Kyle!

Had a tune and clean “done” by West Allis H&C and was told a list of things parts that I should replace. A total of around 2,500. So I had my brothers father-in-law who has been in H&C for over 30years come take a look.
Not sure what is included with the tune and clean, but the guy didn’t even take the burners out to clean them and left lint in the inlet screen.
Never going to call them for service again. What a waste of $130… if you want to make this right let me know.

Sent a email Saturday morning had no heat on a brand new furnace they installed. Got a call in 10 minutes said don’t worry 100% covered and we wii be there shortly the came right over found out some kids put debris in my intake and exhaust pipes the repair man on duty was very professional and prompt Obviously that’s not a warranty situation but he gave us a great deal on the work he did. I MADE THE CORRECT DECISION WHEN I HAD WEST ALLIS HEATING DO MY FURNACE INSTALL !!!!!!

Josh and Ty from West Allis Heating did a phenomenal job on my install! I had a brand new furnace installed a couple of weeks ago, as well as additional heating ducts added in my basement, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The crews working in my home were clean, courteous, and professional. They were also very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. They removed the old unit and installed the new. If it weren’t for the fact that there’s a new furnace in my home and that I was there to see it go in, you wouldn’t have even known they were there. They cleaned up and left everything in perfect working order! The office staff was always polite and professional in phone calls as well. The new system is working great!

Tory came out for our furnace check up. He was very polite and professional. He explained what he was checking as he was doing it. We were very pleased.
