Got 2 AC units installed, very affordable. Guys came on time and finished the job in one day. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, will def recomend to friends and family. Thank you!!

I want to start by saying this is zero worry choice. I contacted them 7/16 at 5pm when my central air unit started failing. They said they could come out for an emergency call or be by me the next day between 8-11. They were here by 9 am, unit was extremely outdated (40 years old). They double checked just to make sure parts were not available to repair before we replace. Unfortunately it was way out of date so we went to option to replace. With the heat and the extremely busy schedule, they moved stuff around and we’re back by 11:30 same day to put in a new unit and coils. By 2:50 they had the job completed and my house was finally starting to cool down. They do quality work, they are professional and polite, and most importantly they do quality work for a decent price even at the busiest times. No one I knew had HVAC people so now I have a stack of business cards to give to all the people I know that didn’t have a place.

They came out the same day that I called them for a quote on replacing my furnace and AC. They were able to do the installation 2 days later on the 3rd of July. They sympathized that we were without AC during some hot days and fit us into their installation schedule in short notice. They worked extra hours to complete the installation before the long 4th of July weekend. They ran into an electrical problem that my old AC cause which caused them to work long hours to complete the job but they went above and beyond to work through the problem without an increase in cost.

Had them out to install new A/C unit. Priced right, very friendly and on time. Would recommend to others.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Fixed my furnace at a good fair price and we are happy again. Others recommended I needed a new furnace, Devix diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Has anyone else had a situation where these folks have installed a heat system and not stood behind their work? They install the radiators for us and both of them burst less than two years after install. They came out to turn off the water that was flooding my original hard wood floors and promised at that time to install radiators again as reparations. They made no promises to help with the ruined hard wood floors or the $500 energy bill from running industrial fans to save the room. Now they are going back on that promise via email with no returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

When my 87 year old mother in law's furnace stopped operating, during the height of the winter, I called Defrim at Devix Heating and Cooling and he got right on it. He researched her unusual system, ordered the right parts based upon his experience and knowledge and had her up and running again in less than one hour after he arrived. He came in much less than the others I had called. Thanks Defrim--Definitely 5 Stars!
