My furnace stopped working late at night and Rich was responsive and professional during the repair. He made sure that the furnace was fixed before leaving and explained what he did and how to avoid future problems! Very happy!

I'm never one to expect services without fees, however for a 15min look to find a co2 leak, which ended up being our hot water heater and the guy just turning off the valve. This should not equal a $200 service fee. Money hungry service! Will not recommend this company.

Knope Heating and AC in Shawano helped me by a very quick response I had called the Emergency line at 4:30 am and had a response by 7:45 am and a tech on the way. By 8:30 am I had an answer that a potentially a major cost ended up being a minor fix. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need and assured me the unit was working fine. -15 dg outside and my house never got cold thanks to Knope. Great job guys for the expedited response. !!!!!!!!!

7 days later still waiting for a estimate for a furnace. Not good business practice.

The Technicians at Knope installed our new furnace and updated duct work. They are very professional and did a great job doing a quality install that looks and works great.

I had Knope install a new gas furnace in my Dome home that only had electric heat and no duct work or gas line , they did an awesome job running new line , building duct work through existing closets to make this system work , they were professional, on time , and did several follow ups , it was an A+ job , I sold that home 5 years and just bought a new home by Shawano lake and I’m definitely having them do my new heating a/c system in my new home .

Had no heat in the house at 8pm on a Thursday. Inside thermostat read 38 degrees. After hours call service was quick to respond and service tech Shane was on time, knowledgeable, and very efficient with diagnosis and replacement of the fried igniter. Tha ky you all!

Had to call several times - wanted a quote on moving a vent. 2 guys finally showed up, but I never received a quote. After multiple calls and eventually giving up on Knope after two weeks of not hearing back, I got a family member to buy the parts and do it for me. Then I get a call saying "you were ready to move the vent?" Too late. But thanks for the bill.

Knopes is the go to place for anything heating and cooling. Don't waste time going anywhere else. They helped me with a Nest thermostat and a furnace issue. Always fast, efficient, and most of all friendly service.
