Very fast service, lost our furnace over Christmas and called, came out same day to quote, installed the next day.

Furnace went out on Jan. 1st and on the 2nd. Knope was here and installed a new Carrier Infinity 59MN7 furnace. Great service people, very friendly. Two techs came and installed the furnace and they did an excellent job. I thank them for it! Had the furnace up and running in about 5 hours. Great furnace, quiet and really heats up this old house quickly. Have been using Knope for many years and always have been very satisfied with their services. They even brought over 4 portable heaters on New Years day to help heat the house! Great place!

The absolute best! I made an after hours call to get my furnace going & the techs were here within an hour & gone within ten minutes. Very friendly, very helpful, & very professional. Thankfully it was an easy fix.

They replaced my ac unit. Prices were very reasonable. There was a faulty valve on the coil that was installed, but they took care of it and checked in with me regularly to make sure that everything is working the way it should. Just in time for the 90 degree weekend. Thanks guys.
