Rock Solid has installed 2 furnaces and A/C units in our home and was completely satisfied with all they did. Then this year needed new furnace and A/C in condo and didn’t think about called anyone else but Rick Solid. They do really ROCK

Rock solid did an amazing job when they came out to replace a motor in my furnace. Dan and Steve explained things to me so I understood what was going on and they both were very professional. I will be using them in the future if I need it!

We couldn’t communicate with our thermostat through our phone. Was able to use the thermostat after a couple of calls to Rock Solid. Within 24 hours someone was here to fix the problem and we were back on line. The personnel at Rock Solid were responsive, professional, courteous , prompt and understanding. Wonderful company!!!

The Rock Solid Team was responsive, professional and informative while trouble shooting an issue with our AC. Rock Solid is honest, fair and thier costumer service is top notch! I highly recommend them!

Had them do an estimate on a split system but unfortunately it came way out of my budget, I like their evaluation tho.

Great job, Dan Rockhill! Returned home from out of town hunting to find furnace not working. Called Rock Solid and had motor replaced and heat working great before the rest of the family got home! Blessed to have such great service so quickly! I hope Dan got a good deer the next day when he was able to hunt as a reward for his great service!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish; HIGHLY RECOMMEND. What was a stressful situation was resolved quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. From the initial phone call with Rock (after hours) to the service tech day of -Ethan Brown, every team member was kind and helpful. Will not go anywhere else for any future repair needs and you shouldn't either.

Top notch from top to bottom. Called as we had realized our AC had gone out. We have an 18 year old house so our HVAC equipment is getting to the point of needing replacement. They replaced our furnace in an efficient manner in 2018 after they discovered a cracked heat exchanger.

Fast forward to the AC issue. AC stopped working and we have a 1.5 month old and a couple days of 90+ degree heat. Called Rock Solid as soon as we noticed the AC stopped working in the afternoon. Beth in the office was great. Called her and gave me the option to authorize overtime if they couldn’t get someone out by 5pm or schedule for early AM the next day. Scheduled for AM the next day. Beth called back within 5 minutes and said she had a tech leaving a close area and can get him over to us without charging OT. Awesome!

Tech came out, described issue, was prompt and efficient and believes I can get another 2+ years out of my current AC instead of $3500 for a new unit. Easily could have up sold me a new expensive unit but instead saved me money, extended the life of our current equipment, and also showed me what had gone wrong and ways to prevent it in the future. I’m all for companies that give you honest opinions/solutions instead of simply selling you the more expensive option. Highly recommend Rock Solid for any HVAC needs as they have been a pleasure to work with top to bottom.

Great people to work with. Got our A/C up and running in a matter of a few minutes. Knew exactly what to look at first. Plus he was early! I would definitely recommend them.
