Highly recommend Rock Solid for your HVAC needs!! Starts with Rock and his high standards for customer service. Beth handles customer care on the phone with a personal touch and no automation. And service techs Dan, Chad & Owen were professional & knowledgeable!

Place was closed for a so call remodel. Called their Poynette location and the gal on the phone said they don't sell parts I would have to have contractor come to check it out. I said I was a retired HVAC person and knew it was a bad ignitor and that was all I needed. Wanted to charge $155 to show up and I already had the part out to replace. Glad I stopped at Pointon heating they helped me out. Rock Solid very disappointed.

These guys are incredible. I've had them out a few times now and most recently rock came out at 1am to get my furnace working again. So appreciative of the hard work these men do. I've always had a good experience with their other techs as well.

Came out in a very timely matter!! Explained things thoroughly. He fixed some bare wires outside to my central air unit that might have been hit by the weed whacker. Saved me having to call them out there again. Put my existing air filter in for me. I thought my bill was very reasonable also. Definitely will recommend them. They will for sure get all of my business from now on!

Many thanks to Dan and Rock for your prompt, professional, & so very efficient service to our air conditioning issue we had at our home yesterday. During the storm that we had while they were here, they had also offered to climb on the ladder to clean our gutter above the air conditioner!! In one day we realized our air conditioner was down and by the end of that day they had repaired our issues. I HIGHLY recommend Rock Solid HVAC. Also, Beth, your knowledge, professionalism, along with such a pleasant demeanor needs a shout out too. Such a pleasure doing business with such a well oiled machine!! I have a difficult time putting trust in a business to service my equipment. These guys made me feel comfortable as they assisted me with the decision making of purchasing a new furnace when the time came as well as the installation. They have also given me great service with our AC unit as well as answering all my questions along the way!

We were out of state when our Nest showed the inside temperature was in the 50’s just as the polar vortex was rolling in. A quick call to Rock Solid and they were able to service our furnace.

Our son-in-law dropped off a house key so they could enter. Their service person entered our home, performed the work, got things working and locked up all in an hour! This was less costly than flying my husband home to fix it himself!

We are so grateful and couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and quality work!
