From the first call I made to get an estimate, James and crew delivered first class service. We needed a new furnace and A/C and we called several companies for estimates. James was awesome to deal with. Answered all our questions and didn't try to upsell us. He asked questions to understand what we wanted and needed. Provided a timely estimate. When he and crew installed the systems, they were very respectful with our home and completed the job quickly. They cleaned everything up when done and went over and answered all our questions when they were finished. I don't usually write reviews but reviews are very helpful when you are trying to do research on a company and this company is first class. Thanks James and team!

Had the guys over for routine yearly maintenance. They found a part that needed to be replaced and knew there was a back order on the item. Instead of making us wait for the back ordered part they sourced it themselves and paid for it out of their own pockets. Amazing people Amazing service

James and his team were great! I was given honest feedback about what worked best with my needs and budget. They replaced my furnace (and added central AC!!) before my furnace was given a chance to go caput. The invoice was exactly what was quoted. And he filled out 90% of the rebate paperwork for me!! That was a really nice touch. I highly recommend.

James came out within a couple of hours of my call and determined that we needed a new inducer motor. He ordered the part and came the next afternoon and installed it. Very professional.

Both heating and air conditioner were replaced. Best service in the area. All was done the way it was quoted. Had a problem with the motor and they came out and replaced it immediately. All works fine my electric and heating bills seem to be a lot lower with a new system. Thank you for the fine work you did.

I called JW Brager on one of the coldest days of the year because my furnace would not turn on, and was making a bit of a buzzing noise when it failed to come on. They showed up at my place in 20 minutes, had the problem diagnosed in 15, and the repair done in about another 15 minutes. Price was great, and my furnace is quieter than it has ever been in the 5 years I owned the house. Great overall, and will definitely use them in the future if I need it.

Our furnace was out, so I called James Brager. I figured it might take a day or so for them to make it out, but they came out within 2 hours. He checked all of the usual problems, but everything seemed fine. After looking at our intake pipe, he wondered if it was clogged. He pulled that apart and sure enough it was a wasp nest! James definitely knows what he is doing and we will call him first if we have any other issues.

These guys are fantastic! They totally worked around our schedule and put in a new Lennox air and furnace! I think our house was cleaner than I left it! You wouldn't even have known they were here! I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for product and service! Straight forward bidding fast to answer questions and they do the instal as promised!

James came to our rescue after our old furnace broke down. He was prompt, courteous, fairly priced, and clean. Basically everything you could ask for.
