    I am so disappointed and, quite frankly, hurt by the way you disrespected me. You told my restoration specialist that you were here a few times & I was NEVER home. It was the opposite, Ziggy. You failed to show two times. I waited weeks for a response from you to begin with. You then told them that I cut the air conditioner cord with a hedge trimmer. I don't have one, but if I did, WHAT WOULD I BE TRIMMING (the dirt??) I do not appreciate being lied to or lied about. You are shameless.

    After calling 8 other companies that could either not get me in, didn't work on commercial properties, or wouldn't go on my roof, Zigs Heating was here in 30 minutes and very professionally fixed my problem and got my heat up and running again.     Horrendous experience with zigs. Rude owner. Installed my system and said everything was good but A/C did not work so I went to another company and zigs had run the pipes incorrectly. Lots of options in Milwaukee with better service and people who know what they are doing. Also, Zigs is a felon who has done jail time.

    If I could ,I'd post zero stars,looks like he picks and chooses who he shows up for. This" man " is a joke ,every excuse, no heat,said he was on the way for two days,had to stayed in a hotel. Nope,no show. We would never want this" man " in our house,who treats people this way.......he does.

    I first contacted the BBB, waiting patiently for some resolution.No resolution.Then they told me to contact consumer protection,I filed a claim 6-15-19. They contacted you, spoke to you ,you never resolved this. Now to small claims court. Anyone can look up my consumer complaint. I never looked at your reviews first ,then contacted you.
    Live n learn, isn't that what they say.
    All I wanted was my money back from the used part you placed in my furnace when it was 35 degrees below zero. We had no heat. I guess court it is.

    If I could give them a 0 star I would. The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional (not rude), but didn't know any of the services provided. Told me the technician "should" be able to make it, if not, then would come the next day. Shocker, but the tech didn't call or show up either day. Horrible service. Wouldn't ever use. I hope they go out of business treating customers like this.

    This guy should be out of business. Totally cuts corners, will not give a quaily job. I have heard stories about this person being in jail and he did some work on my home and within a few months everything broke down. AVOID at all expense. This persons company should have there license revoked and should not practice anything related to HVAC or building or maintaining of homes. Uses the cheapest materials, cuts corners and brings in folks who do not know what they are doing. I ended up paying thousands to correct this persons mistakes.

    This is Roberta I just like to say that Zigs office manager Justine has been a complete help with my situation.... She went above and beyond her job for me..... On her day off n on Thanksgiving Day..... She's professional, caring n makes sure she gets the job done.... I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart.... Along with Ziggy and Deana.... There's no group of more professional, competent and truly caring people

    Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning and he was there within 2 hours. Very friendly and finished the job in less than an hour. Very good experience!

    Fixed our AC last summer, I was quoted hundreds of dollars from another company, he can that best day and fixed it for less than 100. We will always use this company.

    Very rude! I asked him how much it would be for an estimate and he said I just come and fix it. And I’m like, ok so how do we know how much it is before you work on it. He says, I charge $40 to tell you what’s wrong with it. Smh! Stay off the drugs dude!
