My furnace was not working. Called in the morning and they had somebody out, that afternoon. Person that took my call was pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. The serviceman (owner) that worked on my furnace, was also knowledgeable and fix my furnace in a timely and professional manner. Save me some money on a hose that was needed by using one that was not required for my furnace.Also informed of me of potential future problems with my furnace. Would highly recommend using his company.

The two technicians were very informative and encouraged me to check the new system so I could ask questions. They were thorough in showing me how my new furnace and AC work. The work they did was meticulous.

If I could give negative stars to this company I would! Just HORRIBLE!!

They sent someone out (a couple days after we called) to diagnose the issue with our AC, but couldn't find a leak. He put more refrigerant in the system and was told it would last one week to three years. He also injected dye to help determine where the leak was after one week. Well, our AC lasted about 8 hours.

Someone else came out the next day. He found a leak, repaired it, added refrigerant, but still leaking. Told me he couldn't fix it and would have to come back. I stated this was extremely disappointing, as it was super hot and humid and that after two service calls (unit is still under warranty) it still was not resolved. He then proceeded to "go off" on me stating that "you better not be mad at us because it's not our fault". Really? You are here to fix my AC and after two visits you are unable to do that!!

He also said that because they didn't originally install the unit they can't replace what needed to be replaced under the warranty. He was extremely unprofessional so we are having someone else replace what needs to be replaced and I will NEVER call this company again, and certainly will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

In June when I attempted to turn on the AC for the first time this year, it ran, but no cooling. I called RJ Heating and AC, they were here the same day, discovered that the condenser had a leak, and our 21 year old system had outlived it’s useful life. We discussed replacing both the AC and furnace. Received a quote, and the next day Julius (the owner and son of the person who installed our old system) arrived and charged the unit stating if the charge did not hold, he would return and change it again, to keep us comfortable until the new system could be installed.

Other than a few glitches in the new system, all promptly addressed and solved, we are very happy with how the new system keeps the house much more evenly cool or warm depending on weather. Everyone at RJ Heating and AC is friendly, helpful and well trained. A joy to do business with.

I was running late for my scheduled appointment. The owner actually waited 10 minutes for me to arrive. He was friendly, professional, patient & he cleaned up after himself. That was summertime for my house AC. Come winter, I was stuck on the freeway & the technician waited for me. Again, though not the owner this time, professional, friendly, patient & he also cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this business to everyone.

Been a customer for 8 or so years and always received great service as well as very reasonable pricing. They installed an air cleaner and repaired the furnace and air conditioner several times. They never try and "sell" me on things but have made some good recommendations when appropriate. Good. Honest fair plus very nice people would be how I would best describe them.

I began using this company recently, and I was entirely impressed with their knowledge, expertise and overall demeanor. One of the calls was later in the day, yet the owner was just as cheerful and full of energy as if it was his first call of the day. Very impressed, and will continue to use them.

RJ consistently provides timely, efficient, honest and professional service, from their office to their technicians. We are pleased with and appreciative of all the work they’ve done for us over the years. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable, polite and did a thorough job. I would recommend others to use this company. Randy is a real expert and I felt confident in the work he did. I'm glad someone with so much experience was able to work on it.
