The owner himself, Julius, helped us pick out the right furnace when it was installed years ago and took the time to answer all of our questions. We just had the need for a repair and they handled it beautifully! The person that took my call was able to fit me into the already busy schedule, and the technicians were right on time! They diagnosed the issue and had the part ready for installation in a day! Joe came to install it and had the furnace good as new in no time! RJ Heating installed a new air conditioner for me this past summer, while on-site they adjusted my heating/cooling ducts to help the air better flow. They did a great job and could not have had better customer service. Several months later my thermostat stopped working with a power error, I was unable to turn my heat on with cool weather in the low 30s on the horizon. Julius personally came out and was able to resolve the issue. RJ Heating's exceptional customer service is what sets them apart from their competitors and, based on my experiences, it is safe to say RJ Heating has gained me as a customer for life.

As always, great service. It's great to have heat in our basement. They installed a heat vent and cold air return. We thought we could get by with an electric fireplace. Installing the heat vent in the basement was the best thing ever. When we bought our condo 3 years ago, they installed a new furnace and central air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend!!

The team at RJ heating was absolutely phenomenal. From Julius coming out to quote how much the project was going to take, to the team finally coming over and installing the a/c--I can't speak enough good things about them. We initially planned on installing the a/c towards the end of last year, but we couldn't make it work with the team's schedule due to all the furnace repairs necessary. As promised, I got first priority this year and they came through. They even helped me with closing up an additional vent in the basement, at no additional charge. All in all, would definitely use them again! Don't hesitate. Reach out to them!

The service was great they were on time and was great at teaching me about the system. Especially how to change the filter and the frequency it needs to be changed.
They will definitely get my business if I decide to put in central air.

Excellent experience. No one likes to have to spend a lot of money on HVAC, but RJ's didn't try to oversell me, gave me just what I needed at a good price and fast service. Tech team that came for install was professional and cleaned everything before they left. My neighbor recommended them to me and I will most certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

We've never had Central Air before so the process worried us, but R&J Cooling and Heating made it really easy for us! They quoted us the best price and did top notch work, the central air worked great!

I had an issue where I noticed a few days after install that our heat wasn't working any longer.

Now, I don't know when the heat last worked (it is the middle of the Summer), so I don't know whether or not the technician was at fault, should have noticed the issue, or caused it, but the owner came out and troubleshooted the issue. Turns out it was our thermostat.

He insisted that the technician should have at least caught it and admitted it as their fault; on top of that he said there would be no charge for this service.

We contacted R&J Cooling directly and had no issues, whatsoever. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and on-time.

At the end of the day, we're only human and we all make mistakes. I think, as a company, it's how you handle those mistakes that really sets you apart from the rest.

I recommend R&J Cooling 100% and will more than likely use them again for my next house. 10/10!

I moved in to a new house with a furnace installed by RJ HVAC.

The furnace has died 3 times throughout the winter and is now leaking. I just spoke with the owner and he yelled at me.

I haven't even dealt with the company I was just looking to see if we could schedule a service.

I would literally rather leave a 1 star review and pay to fix it then deal with whatever that was.
