Burkhardt Heating & Air Conditioning

We had Burkhardt install a new furnace last December. Thought everything was okay until it got hot this spring and turned the air conditioning on. It didn't work. Turns out a step or two was missed in the install process back in December. Elliot was dispatched to our house. He figured out almost immediately what was wrong, apologized on behalf of his coworker who screwed up, and fixed the issue within an hour.

Fixing someone else's mistake and being graceful and polite about the experience is becoming an increasingly rare trait. I'm really grateful to have Elliot and Burkhardt on our short list of "people who can fix stuff in our house, are good people, and aren't ridiculously priced".

Shawn was our tech and he was very professional. Did high quality work and was fast and efficient. Answered all our questions and gave us tips on controlling our cooling costs... Thanks Shawn Reed and Burkhardt!!!

After waiting for another company to fix our furnace in which they never showed up, we called Burkhardt Heating. They were very sympathetic and understanding. Scheduled for a tech to come out this afternoon. Dennis showed up on time and listened to what we were experiencing. He took a look at the furnace and told us what the issues were. He then explained all of our options. After answering our questions Dennis proceeded to get the furnace running again. What a great experience! Our furnace went out during the coldest time of the year. Everyone from the scheduler to the tech and install team were prompt, professional and helpful. Everything happened as they said it would and we're very happy with our end result. Would strongly recommend!

We received AM service - No air. Dennis is a master mechanic - his thorough work discovered a couple of issues and we were up and running in no time. Thanks Dennis - Great work!!

Wrote the wrong size $40 furnace filter on the door of the filter. PVC pipes through foundation poorly sealed/patched and not capped at the end.

Wonderful installation. Junior and Dan are good people for the job. Good company, very good services and professional fast work.

Kelly did an excellent job on my air conditioner! Very contentious and professional. I would hire them again for HVAC.
