Dan knows a lot about the services they have to offer. Dan always has the customers best interest at heart. He is always on time, respectful and knowledgeable in his field. He is very good at what he does. Dan is top of the line in my book.

Couldn't get to the "19 more choices" of services to check off install of smart/wi-fii thermostat. ALLEN did a fabulous job replacing the thermostat with smart/ wi-fii capable one. Took care of a minor issue from the furnace install in January and signed us up for a maintenance plan on HVAC. He was knowledgeable, and patient working with us on workings of this new thermostat.

Our heat went out of course on Christmas Day so we called comfort control and Kevin Jolly our technician responded in a timely manner and repaired our boiler in record time. I cannot say enough how grateful we were with his knowledge, professionalism and customer service!

Dan did a great job explaining so I could understand and was able to clean out the system to get our heat working efficiently. I appreciate his hard work and professionalism.
