From the onset Nick and his team was prompt, professional and courteous, ensuring that I understood the process of what was to take place and to let me know that there would be a bit of noise from time to time. When they had to deviate from their intended plans they were quick to inform me and developed a plan that was efficient & just as effective. Finally, after a hard day of tearing out and installing they took the time to make sure I understood how the system worked and to see if I had any remaining questions that they could answer. Outstanding professionals and great people.

Jeremiah identified the issue and solution. Understanding that a replacement wasn't best for me, he went through a few solutions, and articulated well and in great detail the pros and cons of each. He took the time needed to complete the job and amswered all my questions. Jeremiah also let me know that the placement of my unit wasn't to code right now and wanted me to be aware that when I next replaced the unit, it might be a bit more costly because it would need to be moved. I found Jeremiah to be extremely thorough, articulate, and very technical in thought. He mentioned he enjoyed his job, and that was clearly evident.

Real rep - not a machine - answered the call. Appointment began at correct time. Tech, Kevin, was quite knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Answered all questions. Procedure was completed quickly. This young man is an asset your team.

Kevin Makovsky did our maintenance on our ac and he was excellent! Explained everything and was very thorough, would definitely recommend him.
