I called them yesterday, they came today and fixed my heat pump..He was so kind and courteous..Stacys went beyond what I have ever had a company do for me..So reasonable priced also..Not like the big companies I have had which cost me a fortune and I usually got ripped off..I Highly recommend Stacys..

Very poor customer service, will not pick up defective equipment even though it's under warranty. I'm not a happy camper.
