Called to get a consult about my HVAC system which was making a weird noise. Benji talked to me about the problem on the phone and was able to get me a same-day appointment! That shocked me since it’s a Saturday and there were snow delays from the previous day. The technician (Heath) arrived and was super friendly and courteous. He wore his mask and put protective covers on his shoes in the house, which I thought was extra nice. He went right to work, making sure he checked everything, including measuring for Carbon Monoxide! In my opinion, he really put in the work to earn every dollar of the discharge fee he could. Super nice guy and I really appreciated his help and expertise. The only criticism I have at all was that he was late from the time estimate they gave me. But since it’s the dead of winter, I do imagine they’re kept pretty busy.
Will definitely call them again if needed! Great service!
