Imagine waking up to your furnace not working on a cold Saturday morning...we did just that today, 11/26/22. Concerned it being a weekend we would not be able to get services, I searched online and found this company. We had not used them before but based on their reviews, we decided to give them a try. They were very responsive and accommodating and here about 2 hours after our initial call. Heath Stine was our technician and was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. The extra $ we had to pay for a weekend visit was well worth it to receive the excellent services we did. I write this extensive Google review for those, who like us, may be looking for a service based on a company's positive reviews. This was the first time I have called Variable Comfort Solutions, I called Monday morning Dec. 12th. and the lady I spoke with was very helpful. My daughter lives in Hurricane and I live in Buckhannon. They had a technician at her house within 2 hours. My daughter felt very comfortable with Larry being at her home and she told me that she wished everyone was as nice and knowledgeable as he was. Larry made the repairs and her unit is working great.
