We hired David and his team in early June for an AC install, they were able to complete the install efficiently in one day. Their rate was also 25-30% below market compared to larger companies. After a few weeks of using the AC, we had a malfunction in the middle of the night. I messaged David around midnight and he came by the next day and fixed the issue immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for an AC install. Quality work, great customer service.

The team from Russ was very communicative from when they first came out to give the quote to when they wrapped up the job. No other company we got a quote from spent as much time actually going through our needs and space, even getting into the crawl space, to see what was possible.

They ended up recommending a mini-split and a heat pump. They got all the work done in a single day and walked us through the new system. They even uncovered some additional issues with the rest of our HVAC system and helped us identify different fixes based on budget and need. We so appreciated their professionalism and skill. And we look forward to working with them again in the future!

David was right on time. He called me soon after I scribbled the Russ phone number after waiting behind one of the service vehicles at a traffic light) and arrived soon after. The diagnosis was quick and FREE!
AND he had the part I needed in his truck!!
The cost for the repair was slightly more than the diagnostic fee other HVAC companies were charging!

Excellent customer service and great price. I had an issue with my heater over the weekend and I was able to call and schedule same day appointment. David arrived on time and was very respectful of my time. He was able to resolve the issue and get the heater working in no time. I recommend Russ Heating and Cooling for all your heating/cooling needs.

We called David on a Saturday morning after seeing his van at the local Starbucks. Our heater had a blinking red light and with the cold weather we wanted to be proactive in case something was wrong. We called David and left him a voice mail about our concerns. Within an hour we had a call back with an ETA of later that afternoon for a consult.
When David arrived, he was on time and very professional. After looking at our system he confirmed nothing was wrong with it and actually told us our system is in great shape and shouldn't need anything from some time.
On top of a great experience from start to finish he didn't charge us anything. That's right ZERO dollars for the consultation.
Luckily for us we didn't need any services but if we ever do we know who we are going to call!

Our furnace broke down on a cold winter night with our 4 month old son in the house. Despite the icy road conditions, David came out the next day, rewired the furnace and fixed the problem that caused our furnace to freeze every time the weather dropped below freezing. We had the furnace installed 2 years ago and had maintenance last fall and neither one of these companies could fix this issue, but David fixed it in an hour and we’ve had no problems since.

David came out right away to give quote. Quote beat 2 other quotes I received. He offered different options and answersed all my questions. He saved me $2,000. I was a little hesitant because the quote came in soooo cheap. I have no regrets, they came out and installed next day and my family is warm once again! Thank you David

He was on time. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Explained to me what the problem was and gave me options on what I wanted done to fix it. Very personable. We didn't have heat for almost a week and we're using space heaters to warm the house. Saved the day when it got fixed.
