Needed someone to look at my ice machine at our coffee shop. Was told "sorry not taking new customers". I am not a new customer. I have purchased parts before. I just don't understand. Customer service has taken a massive hit over the last couple years and there will come a time where things will be the other way around where the businesses are begging to help the "new" customers.

Needed a pie case repaired. First the lady said they weren’t taking on any new clients. BBut she would check with her manager but for sure it would be two weeks before they could help me.

Very bad access for truck delivery.
I will be calling 911 for an emergency blocking of traffic if and when I ever am requested to make another delivery at this facility!
