Furnace wasn't running right. Kevin from Quality performed the service call. Kevin was an excellent communicator and was able to correct the issue, service the furnace, and go ahead and put me on a yearly service so I won't forget. I feel Kevin did an outstanding job for us.

Kevin arrived right on schedule and very professionally completed an exceptionally thorough maintenance cleaning and safety inspection of our heat pump system. He measured the condenser fan amp draw as out of range, diagnosed a capacitor in the outside unit as the culprit, ordered a replacement on the spot, and returned to complete the repair. I very much appreciated Kevin’s willingness to help me understand the workings and state of our system and his patience in answering my questions.

This was my fourth annual cleaning and inspection with Quality. While I was pleased with the earlier techs, Kevin excelled in terms of system knowledge, thoroughness, and general customer service. An example of his thoroughness – the first question he asked as he came in the door was “when did you last change the batteries in your thermostat?” First tech ever to go there. I replied “uhmmm… never, it’s hardwired”. He smiled, popped the cover, and showed me three badly corroded batteries, one of which was split open. He cleaned the contacts, installed the fresh batteries I handed him, and smiled again as I mumbled “lesson learned, thanks”.

I was highly impressed with Kevin and very pleased with the overall experience. He represents Quality extremely well and I’ll be requesting him for future service calls.

Kevin and KC arrived on time and completed the service on our AC in a timely fashion. They knew exactly what to do to service our unit. Thank you Quality Heating for having great service people.

Kevin serviced our HVAC system. He was thorough in his inspection and found two things that needed immediate attention. He carefully explained why these items needed fixing, and completed the repairs quickly. I highly recommend Kevin and Quality Heating for HVAC service, and will continue to use them in the future.

Could be good. I’ll never know. Tori came out and did an estimate and said she would head back to the office and email me a quote. I never heard from her again. I tried every number on the business card and even the email address. I tried repeatedly over two weeks. We will be going with someone else. Honestly, she just looked at our furnace and a spot where the condenser would go. The next company we tried did a very thorough inspection that included inspecting our vents and measuring our windows to calculate heat loss. They then stayed and did the entire estimate at the house so we had answers and were able to schedule that same day. I’m actually glad it didn’t work out.

Kevin just left and as usual was on time and got right to work. He's been doing our maintenance for several years and we have always been pleased. Being a friendly fellow is always a bonus!

Gas furnace and instant hot water annual service was done by a high tech qualified and performing technician in just one and a half hours. Fan speed was increased slightly. Firebox inspected for leaks. Ignitor cleaned and inspected.
Instant hot water system run thru checks to ensure proper operations. System flushed with a cleaner. Ignition checked. Computer software checks run. Questions answered in a professional manner by Kevin.

I just had 2 electrical panels installed and Seth was amazing! They are the BEST!! The best in service, quality and prices. I will never use another company it will always be Quality Heating and Electrical. I could not have had a better experience! Thank you Quality Heating!

Recently had a Coleman Air conditioning system installed by Quality. We were very impressed by the installation team's professionalism and knowledge on going above and beyond with install. It all looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Our service technician Kevin Loihle was amazing! First made sure to contact in the morning just to keep me updated when he would be heading to our residence than also called to inform ETA.
