    The maintenance professional, Kevin, arrived promptly, as scheduled. He efficiently checked out and cleaned my furnace, helped me reset my thermostat, and gave me some advice about maintaining my system.Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly enjoys (and is very good at) what he is doing. Thanks, Kevin! I will use Quality Heating in the future because of you!

    it all started Dec 2021. on the coldest time of year my heater stopped working. Called Quality and Keven came out. the condenser hose was frozen. Kevin did a quick fix and told me to call again when the weather was warmer and he would do a permanent fix. I called. Kevin came out and he fixed it. fast forward to May 2022. I could hear the furnace trying to engage but it wouldn't fire. So called Quality again. John came out. jiggled a part and the furnace fired up but it needed a new pressure switch, came back a week later, and it wasn't the pressure switch but the inducer motor. Ordered it and since Kevin has been the one coming to the house he returned and replaced the motor and we agreed that I needed maintenance and replaced the igniter. My furnace is old, like 2003-ish so i appreciate us being able to fix it. When I call, Jennifer answers the phone, she is very patient and nice. Both Kevin and John were very polite and professional. I trust Quality! You should too!

    Everything about this company was first rate. I called to schedule and they had an appointment within 1 week. That’s fast for today’s market when appointments can take months. They sent out the reminder by text two days before. Kevin called the day of the appointment before he was due to be here and let me know there were traffic problems. He still arrived within the scheduled time. He was professional in every way: Kind, Curteous, Helpful, Enjoyable to work with, and completely knowledgeable. He did everything I asked and then some. Kevin maybe the best HVAC tech I’ve ever worked with in my home and I’m 59. I look forward to calling Quality again when needed.

    We had Kevin from Quality Heating located in Silverdale, WA here at our home to do a basic service on the gas furnance and AC unit. He is very knowledgable and I learned alot about our system and the proper care of both the heat and AC. We feel confident that our system will provide what we need for this coming winter and also signed up for their yearly service plan in order to keep the systems working properly in the future. If we had not had this service done now we might have incurred future problems and more expense in the future. Thank you Kevin.

    Stay away from this company!!! This is our second year of complete and utter incompetency. We live in Seabeck and last year we had them replace everything brand new (furnace, tankless water heater, heat pump)- it’s been literally the worst decision of my life.

    Last year we were without heat and water for over 3 weeks during that bad storm.

    Today we’re having the exact same problem and no one is picking up.

    Words can’t describe how disappointing and frustrating this is.

    Called for an estimate for a small gas piping job and they said they needed to provide an estimate, cost of estimate $169. That was after listening to their free estimate on anything recording while on hold. They obviously have more business then they want.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE! After buying an older home, we hired Quality HVAC to remove the old, broken oil boiler, radiant floor vents, a couple of unwanted propane fireplaces and inefficient wall heaters and install new mini-splits throughout the house. The whole team provided such fantastic, responsive service giving estimates, ordering equipment, setting appointments and showing up on time. Tori had great insight as to what was needed, Caylee was always available for questions as she coordinated all the work, and Casey and his team were super creative and diligent to overcome any unexpected design issues in this weird house. On time, on budget, great service. I HIGHLY recommend Quality Heating to anyone who is looking for a reliable partner for all HVAC needs.

    I was very pleased with their service. Kevin was prompt, thorough, and offered excellent responses to my questions. I like to ask questions to understand everything about the system, service and options from a homeowners perspective - Kevin explained everything well and patiently. I will have them back for maintenance or trouble shooting as needed.

    Over a month ago Tori came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace and AC. She promised to get me the estimate by the next day. A month later, I've never heard a word from her despite trying to reach her several times. The office apologizes and promises to forward my message on but nothing changes and I've never received an estimate.

    Given the lack of response when I'm trying to buy a new system from them -- I'm definitely not confident they'll be here when I need them to service it so I'll look elsewhere.

    I'm surprised I need to post this -- the other reviews are mostly positive, but it sounds like I've had the same experience as Marissa Williams who was also ghosted by Tori.

    I'm fine if you're too busy to estimate the work, I just wish someone would tell me that so I know to look elsewhere!
