Very professional. They came to fix my air conditioner within an hour of my call. They were efficient, polite, and clean! I would definitely recommend them!

Our old oil heating system finally kicked the bucket. We were without heat and having trouble getting in touch with a company - many were unresponsive or extremely long wait times. Freezing in bed, I called Cassidy and they had someone out that day to look into the issue. They walked us through a replacement to electric and were able to get the new heater installed only a few days later! Everyone from the scheduler to the technicians was a delight to work with. The technicians walked us through each step, the issues they encountered (old house, we knew it wouldn't be seamless), and suggested multiple solutions for us to choose from. I can't praise them enough and wish I could hire them for everything.

Called 3x!! First 2x I called they mentioned they can do commercial HVAC repairs, and finally on the day of the service, no technician arrives, no phone call nor email to let me know no one is coming to fix my ac I have been waiting for over a month for repair.

Got the job done but was definitely a little shady on the pricing. Charged a service fee in addition to a very expensive (250$) hourly rate plus a one hour min. Woulda been fine with the minimum but they double screw you with the 100$ service fee. Not cheap.

I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were knowledgeable, professional, and super easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Called and was surprised they were able to schedule me for a same day appt. It was for 1-4pm. Waited for them and when no one showed up by 4, I called and they told me the technician was running late and would be there by 7. I called at 7 and they had the same story - technician couldn’t make it so he would be there first thing the next morning at 8am. No one showed and when I called at 10:30am, the reception folks told me that they couldn’t get ahold of a technician and no one could come for at least a week.

The lack of communication between the reception and their techs is disappointing. Even worse, when I initially scheduled, they sold me on a “premium membership” where I paid upfront so that a tech would come that day.

The folks at Cassidy really need to get their act together. Don’t use these folks unless you want to spend your day waiting for a technician who will never show up.

I'm so glad I hired them, and I'm really happy with my new heating and cooling system. It's working great, and I love how easy it was to work with them!

Terrible service. Would not recommend. Called in on a Friday I specifically told them I had a oil furnace that needed a regular service done to it and they confirmed they can do that and scheduled me for Monday at 0800am… nobody showed up or called until I called at 0100pm. Just so they could tell me they don’t work on oil furnace’s…….. communication is terrible. I have a wife and 2 yr old at home with no heat. Now will have to call a different company and wait another week or two until I can get this service done.

Called various people on the phone giving different answers. No contact on the day of service repair, no updates, and a no show technician. Take your business elsewhere
