Professional and clear communication. Did everything as agreed upon. Fixed a couple minor problems. Reasonably priced. Bodie was pleasant and respectful. On time. Seemed to do thorough quality work, although I personally have minimal HVAC knowledge and can’t vouch for that.

Charley completed the first step of the work in a timely manner and was extremely friendly. He explained the process and asked questions ahead of time. We are in the process of scheduling the final part of the job and are confident Charley will do a great job.

We knew there was an issue with my mother in law’s furnace but thought it was mostly due to needing a tuneup. It was discovered that the thermostat was not communicating with the furnace and heat pump and it had been running on emergency mode for months (which explains the higher than usual energy bills). A leak was discovered, and repaired, in the heat pump and the furnace was given a tuneup. Once a new thermostat was installed and the heat pump was back online we noticed an immediate impact on the functioning of the furnace. Sean was great at explaining the issues and what we can do to get them resolved. Walked us through the steps to operate the new thermostat and answered all our questions. Thank you
