My AC went out and it was a very hot day today. I sent a service request to Eagle Pipe Heating and Air this morning and they had a technician at my house by noon. Bodie was great! Super friendly and communicative. He was able to fix my AC within an hour. Best service ever! I'll use Eagle Pipe Heating and Air always now.

When the wrong ordered part came he personally went to pick up the correct part and brought it to my house so I could get my repair done that day. We needed to make sure our older HVAC system was running smoothly and so called Eagle. We were really pleased with our technician Bodie. He was knowledgeable and professional. We told him our concerns with having an older system and he made sure to thoroughly check things and give an honest assessment. He took his time (what we felt was appropriate time anyway) even though there wasn’t anything to “fix”. We appreciate Bodie’s attention to detail and our concerns!

This was a fantastic experience with an office and great group of installers and service technicians- a delight to have working for us. First, they gave us the best bid of five companies searched. Second they gave us the quickest time frame for a furnace installation with heat pump - they had an established system of procuring parts and personnel. Third, the teams showed up on time and were courteous and professional every step. Trystan, Allan and Charlie all were very knowledgeable and fast.
We were impressed by their office staff and sales staff as well. The office sent photos of the installer and a map showing their progress in driving to our home. Zach was great following up with us making sure we were satisfied with everything done. Outstanding company and we would highly recommend to our friends. Thank you!
