From the time I called the office to request service to my interaction with Justin, the field tech, to my emailed invoice, I received nothing but excellent service backed by knowledge and respect. I had Jeff and his team come out and perform a maintenance on my heater. The technician arrived on time and and was very nice! He was very thorough while checking my system. He also gave me tips on where to place my carbon monoxide detector. I definitely have and will continue to recommend Glenn Heating and Cooling for all heating and air conditioning needs.

"I called them for an emergency AC repair, and they were very unhelpful. The first guy I spoke with was very rude and when I told him that it was an emergency he said ""okay"" and hung up on me. The next guy I spoke with was much better, but he didn't understand what I was saying at all. He also didn't want to help me, even after telling him that this was an emergency situation."

A great experience with this company. They were super professional and did an excellent work. I was surprised to get a follow up call a number of months later to inspect my furnace at no charge to make sure it was running optimally. The tech who came out was thorough and told us some tips on how to get the best use of our heating. He also went through the cycle of how to set and change the thermostat. I am pleased with the service. Recommended!!
