I was impressed with the care taken in checking out my heat pump. It is fairly new so didn't need any repair, just preparation for winter. Also, I appreciate the fact that everything is explained well and that recommendations are made for my interest, with no pressure to purchase things I don't need.

All Seasons Inc. was prompt and responsive to replacing my furnace that quit. They always do a thorough and complete job. I have been using them since 2014.

We chose All Seasons Inc. because they were recommed by our neighbor. We visited the store and spoke with the Owner. We changed an appointment for their convenience. After a technician accessed the problem, the initial problem remains, with an additional problem of an unbearable noise...still no continuous heat. The furnance is 15 years old this is the first major problem. The furnance sound as it had for years, but after the technician's inspection there came an unbearable noise. His response was "I can''t judge the noise or the air flow, because I do not know how it was before". This is after he heard the original sound and flow when he asked to turn the furnance on and off. Recommended $1200.00 fix. My problem is I have no confidence in the recommendation as he was unable to say what was wrong and why we needed the fix as well as why the nosie after he put hands on the system other than"dust".

Al from all seasons came over and did the maintence on my system , and did a very good job. He was very therough, and was very professional. Thank you all seasons for your excellant service. Looking forward to seeing you this spring.
