Dave and his team were kind, professional and efficient. The price we paid for a new heat pump ac system was reasonable. We are very happy with our new unit and how everything was handled. Dave also didn’t try to upsale us but rather talked to us about our needs and which product is best.

Dave and his team were awesome! They were so professional and Dave answered all my questions. He is a wealth of information. The office team was great as well. Robyn makes it happen taking in account what works best for your schedule. She is wonderful to speak with. I’ve never been happier with my experience. Equipment is great and easy to use. Definitely recommend. Big power bill savings will be a bonus but for now it’s nice and cool in my home :)

All Seasons Inc. did gas piping for us to convert our electric range to a gas range. Dave was very responsive to my questions/requests, gave a quote including all possible costs, was very punctual and did quality work. We originally had plans to go with a different company and was in a bind since the earliest day they could come was few days later than Dave was able to come. Also, that company did not explain to us some additional charges involved to get the work completed. Dave was a gentleman man enough to tell us that they are also a good company and does good work.

All Seasons Inc. is a phenomenal, locally owned business that exceeded my expectations. I was initially in agreement to purchase an air conditioning unit from a competitor, for a large price. When I was recommended to All Seasons Inc. from my brother (they installed his heat pump), I agreed to have them visit and provide me a quote. For the price I had agreed to purchase the new air conditioner (which was a lower-end model at that), I was able to purchase the highest-end heat pump from All Seasons Inc!Not only was it a better use of my money, but the equipment is exceptional, my house has been perfectly cool throughout, and Dave and his team have been very responsive. In fact, the initial quote was provided in-person on only short notice, given my they knew I was already looking at another offer. But they prioritized coming to my home and providing me with detailed information and options. I can't recommend them enough.

Skilled professionals at All Seasons Inc. have been maintaining my Carrier furnace for more than 15 years. Their technicians do annual maintenance for me and they explain in detail any issues that may need addressing. The entire team is very helpful and friendly, providing great customer service. All Seasons is a great company led by owner Dave Bradshaw. Dave always takes the time to answer my many questions about HVAC systems so I can make informed decisions. He and his team truly care about their customers. I highly recommend All Seasons for all your heating/AC needs.

From the beginning with Jerry, to Robyn in the office, to Dave the electrician and David the technician, nothing but 5 stars! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! In this day and age, I can’t thank them enough.

1 year ago, All Seasons removed an old 25 year old heat pump and indoor fan unit and installed a new heat pump, indoor fan unit and a thermostat.
First off, I have to say our new Carrier heat pump is amazing. It's so much quieter and even heating. Even when below freezing outside, it just quietly heats our 2 story home.
They were very professional and courteous. A small issue I noticed was carefully taken care of and I'm glad we used All Seasons to do the install.
We just had our free "1 year checkup" which was a thorough checking of the system, they took their time and cared that we were happy & had no issues.

The new Carrier heat pump is a full FIVE STARS!

All Seasons came out to install new ductwork and a heat pump. Came out excellent and the team was awesome through the process. I'd recommend them for any HVAC work.

I had All Seasons design and install a heat pump system. Initially the salesman did a thorough assessment of my home. He sat with me, discussed my options for equipment and gave me a quote. The salesman made every effort to determine any and all rebates available to me. I placed an order which included the installation of the heat pump system and the removal of the existing electric furnace. The installation team arrived right on schedule. They were very friendly and immediately got to work. The installation was completed in one day. I have been operating the system for several days and it definitely exceeded my expectations. It has an app that allows me to control my system with my phone from anywhere. It also allows me to see the cost of operation by day. This system is providing heating or cooling as needed for less than a dollar a day. I couldn't be happier.

All seasons installed our AC unit about 10 years ago. Because of the hot weather this past weekend we were having problems with it. We called All Seasons and spoke with Robin who was very kind initially. We wanted a tech to come out and check our unit and she was going to call us back to try and get us on the schedule. In the mean time we decided we wanted to have some one quote us for a new unit. We called all seasons back and spoke to another person who just talked over my husband and wouldn't even let him speak. All he wanted to know was if she could set up a quote for us but he never got to ask because after being put on hold twice, the woman wouldn't even listen to us or give my husband a chance to say anything. She would only take a message. We told her she was being very rude and ended the call. Later in the afternoon we called back and got Robin again. When she realized who we were she started to yell at us and said she heard the whole conversation and again would not allow us to explain or get a word in. This was absolutely horrific customer service. What happened to the customer is always right or just simply being polite. All it would have taken was a little kindness and explanation from the first person and a little understanding and fairness from Robin as she only heard one side of the call. Bottom line is they lost a repeat customer who would have been very grateful and sung their praises because of the situation we are in, but I guess that isn't as important as being right.
