Infinity Heating & Air did a superb job installing our ductless heat pump. Not only that the pricing was right as I had
got a quote from another larger company who was charging me $1500 more than Infinity Heating & Air. I'm glad I chose local!!! Grateful for the cool air coming through with the hot weather coming this weekend. Thanks for being great, reliable, reasonable and LOCAL!! I recommend them to anyone needing Heating and cooking!

This company is great, very helpful and go above and beyond to explain and troubleshoot the system. Ken and Mike even met me after hours to test a component at no charges. Knowledgeable and honest, these guys made a very hot house cool with short notice. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I called in a panic after hours because my furnace wouldn't stay running and he called me right back listened to what was happening and told me what to do to get it going. No charge nothing just awesome advise when i was in a pinch. I then had them come service my furnace because they were so wonderful during my emergency and they were prompt, professional and very informative. I'm so glad I found them!!!

Ken was the tech that came out to fix the furnace. He did an amazing job from arriving on time, fast and very efficient. Ken provides package quotes for installation that include all parts and labor charges, so what he quotes you will be what you pay.
He and his crew are friendly, talkative, easy going professionals that are sticklers for details. To give you an idea of what this means: They're the only HVAC crew I've seen put rubber anti chafing grommets on the holes where the thermostat lines pass through the cases of the equipment!

My install took longer than they originally expected as they ended up having to modify and custom fabricate the return air ducting to ensure that my new heatpump's performance was not impacted. This ducting is well assembled, and fitted and very nicely done.

There were a few minor instances of miscommunication that resulted in me being caught off guard a little, but once clarified, the end result was all reasonable.

As this install was taking several days, Ken even loaned me several electric space heaters to ensure that my house stayed nice and warm.

Full disclosure: there is an ongoing, minor issue with my airhandler that Ken is trying to troubleshoot and rectify; but I am very happy with the efforts he is making to ensure that I am well taken care of.

Overall, I am very happy with the install and with Infinity and would hire them again, as well as recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace, AC, or heatpump.

My heater control board went out Infinity went above and beyond to fix my problem, and as quick as possible. My wife had to have surgery today, and Infinity not only went out of their way to get us a new control board, they worked around our time frame for surgery. This service is the best. From the first phone call to the repair! We 100% would recommend Infinity!

After inspection for selling our house we had to have the furnace completely serviced cleaned and maintenance. Infinity came out same day and did amazing! Also strapped in the water heater! Thank you so much for your quick response, and as always your extreme professionalism. So much appreciated!
