Infinity Heating & Air LLC

We have used Infinity since 2016 for our heater service. Recently our water heater started leaking and out of 3 quotes they were the best. They were on time and left the area where the water heater was better than they found it. We also asked for a quote on getting a.c. installed and got it the same day. Great service and good people.

Our furnace started making a weird noise. They came out and looked at it and cleaned a couple spots and been working good since. They answer and return calls to stay in touch with you.

The service technician had a problem fixed in under 10 minutes. I had spent a couple hours trying to fix it myself. He was very quick and very nice to work with.

We called when our heater went out. Ken was friendly, honest and professional in getting me scheduled on short notice. He fixed our heater quickly and had explained to us why it went out. Ken will definitely be our first call for any HVAC needs in the future.

A few days after Christmas I called after hours because our furnace was not working properly. Within an hour we had a service technician at our house to make the repair. Our system was 29 years old and we have been nursing it along putting off the inevitable. We ordered a new heating system the next day and today the installation was a success!! No more worries if we will experience a cold night anymore. The guys were professional, very knowledgeable and informative.

Alex arrived on time and was super friendly. After reviewing my request for service he said it was something I could easily fix. He further stated he didn't feel right charging me the quoted $150.00 for such a simple task. He advised on what to do and was on his way. REFRESHING SERVICE!! What a great company. Thanks for not being greedy!!

Ken and crew are incredible! Our furnace burned out the week in February where temps were below freezing. He made it a priority to give us a visit to take a look. He gave us a very fair quote and we quickly had our new furnace, thermostat, and heat pump up and running flawlessly. Ken’s communication, care, support, and friendliness was exceptional across the board and I am more than happy to recommend Ken and the Infinity team for any heating and conditioning service.

A non company mechanic was using the company vehicle and driving recklessly and almost hit my car. Owner Ken was very responsive and great customer service in addressing situation!

We just bought and moved into a manufactured home last spring. We needed to update our 23-year-old furnace. Ken was completely honest with us about the options we had and how it would work out. With summer coming we decided with a 95% energy efficient furnace with AC. We had it scheduled for Cinco de Mayo and I was very busy cooking up a storm, but these guys showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They worked hard all day into the evening, did a great job and were even able to figure out and fix some quirks that they ran into. I was very appreciative of their professionalism and since they worked past dinner time of course I sent them both home with a big plate of mexican food. Would highly recommend infinity heating and air! No Ragrets here😄 Sorry guys this review is way overdue!

Furnace was not functioning properly. We contacted Infinity at 7:00 am. They came out the same morning, were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem fairly quickly. They explained how the unit works and have me some great tips to make the furnace last longer. We would definitely recommend them!!!!
