I have been calling around to find someone to help with my gas fireplace that is shutting off randomly. Spoke to Ken, although his firm doesn't service gas fireplaces anymore, he was willing to share a bit of his knowledge about what might be the issue. I appreciate his candidness and willingness to talk through my questions - especially after experiencing three other companies who won't say a word to be helpful. Ken's attitude is the kind of customer experience is what makes a company valuable. I hope I find a reason to call him back on something else he or his team can help me with.

Ken has been our go-to heating repair guy for many years. This last time we called at 5:30pm, he called back at 6:00pm and said he'd be by between 9am and 11am the next morning. Ken shows up at 9am, furnace is repaired by 9:30. Wow. It's hard to find that kind of customer care these days. Got HVAC issues? Call Ken. You'll be glad you did.
Great experience with Ken from All Ways heating. He came out the same day I called and determined the gas furnace quit because flame sensor was dirty, but the reason it was dirty was because the condensation collector was leaking. Even though my furnace was out of warranty he was able to get the replacement parts at no charge because the leak was a known problem. He didn't just fix the symptom, he fixed the problem. Thanks Ken.
This company has absolutely no professionalism, extremely rude!!!! Answering the phone with "What are you selling" is not the way to start are working relationship. I understand if you are unable to do the job, but saying "I'm not going to do that" and hanging up, is still blowing my mind that someone would talk to a customer like that. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Very honest ethical guy, he won't leave you hanging but stays with it until the Job is done, Very knowledgeable pro HVAC guy, answered my questions without a blink! I would highly recommend AllWays Heating!!! Good People to know if you have Air and Furnace problems and don't want to sell your car to pay for it.
Ken arrived during the time slot I chose and got to work. Did the tune-up of my furnace in about 1/2 hour. It did appear he actually inspected the furnace, etc. Would recommend.
Terrible ,,, arrived late, then would not give an estimate of the cost to put a transformer in furnace. So he quit. Then i re called him to find out why he was angry. He thought i was going to stiff him. I explained i have never stiffed anyone ever. He said he was going to 'stiff me'. beware!!! I still will pay him his $119 fee to give his angry opinion because i wake on a bad day too.
