Recently gave this gentleman a call, was aggressive from the beginning. Did not show any sign of professionalism. Did not give me a chance to speak. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to him.

These guys are great. The furnace tech was on time, respectful and knew his stuff. He got right to work, did a good job and provided me some helpful tips that I really appreciated.

I called Monday morning, he came out Tuesday to take a peek and it was fixed Wednesday morning. Super quick, friendly service and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

In the past we have had other service techs who overcharged us but not Ken! My husband insists he is our go to furnace service man from now on! Thanks Ken!
