I have been a customer of Glenn Heating and Cooling for over a year now starting. I used them at two different houses. My service experience with them has been great. They are very friendly, and take the time to fully explain everything that is going on with your system. They also take to the time to learn you as the customer, and what your needs are. Extremely trustworthy.

Technician was very prompt and appeared very knowledgeable. Started by checking out the thermostat then proceeded to the furnace. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Stayed approximately 10 minutes to make sure furnace was working. We would call this company for any future problems we might have. Recommended them to friends already.
