A highly competent and professional group that worked hard to schedule an appointment for me as soon as feasible. They identified the issue immediately and had all the tools necessary to complete the task properly, including an air compressor so they could complete some repairs at my residence. I was pleased with their work greatly!

I was so impressed with the service I received from them! The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, which was great considering it was an emergency situation. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

This is the absolute worst company I have dealt with. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I first called Glenn Heating in January 2022, the operator said they could have a technician out that evening. While talking to the operator he sold me a membership, I know stupid me, that would save me money on parts and services etc.

Their technician arrived looked at the furnace, and promptly said "there is nothing wrong with this furnace it's only four years old." Well, we continued to have the same problem. Made it through winter with it running wonky.

Fast forward to Dec. Our funace is continuing to act up. Since I have a "membership" with Glenn Heating I give them a call. A different technician looks at the furnace diagnoses the issue as a $1500 fix. Okay, fine. He said the part will take several weeks to arrive.

I hear nothing back from the company. I call back to verify the part has been ordered and the possible time of delivery. Operator says she'll have someone call me, no call! I call back, same scenario, and again no call.

Finally, I call another company. This technician did way more to diagnose the problem than Glenn's technician. They said that Glenn's diagnosis was wrong. They ordered the part, it was here in two days and installed, for $300.

I would avoid using this company.

I have been using them for years, and they are the best. I have had many issues with my heating and cooling systems, but they always come through. They are very professional, and I am very happy with them.

The team was very helpful, polite and professional. They were always available to answer my questions and give suggestions on how to improve the heating system in my house. I would definitely recommend them!

Called Glenn Heating and Cooling to help us with our broken gas furnace. They came the very next day and completed the installation quickly. Very satisfied with the service and would hire them again.
