Recently our AC went out so we call Advanced for a bid to replace our entire heating and cooling system (our system was really old). They provided us with a couple of options and answered all of our questions so we could make an educated decision. From the first interaction to the last they were friendly and professional!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

These guys were out here within a few days and got my ducting fixed in a little over an hour. Great job.

Great company! Very friendly over the phone and while they were here. I had a new heat pump installed. I'm really impressed with how well its works.

My wife Lorie and I are very happy with Adanced Heating and Air. We thought the price was reasonable, and the work and product was excellent when they installed a ductless heat pump in our two story house . They go the extra mile in making sure you know how to use the system and clean up when their done. Very professional!

All the techs/electricians that came out and replaced my parents furnace were great, friendly, and on time. The only issue we had was the fact I had to repair our yard a total of 3 times after they all left huge ruts in our yard while attempting to back out of the driveway. They definitely need to practice backing up.

We needed a new gas furnace and wanted the ducts replaced under our house. We were not interested in a ductless system. From the beginning, we were contacted quickly and they bid was very reasonable. We also wanted the option to install AC later and we were provided options for this as well. Everyone is friendly and efficient. They did outstanding work and our little old house is so comfortable. Thank you!

Advanced Heating is a wonderful company! We had them replace our heat pump system. They offered a great price and super service. Nice people and easy to work with. I am on their maintenance program. Called them due to no A/C. Was told replace the system. No sitting down with me and giving me options or explaining what I'm looking at. No concern or empathy just" well I work here and I dont have A/C". I was told due to holidays it would take some time to get back to me with prices. I had to reach out to them and was given a staggering price tag with still no answers. Finally after waiting 7 days got a hold of the manager and let him know my concerns asked for a refund of my maintenance. To add insult to injury they charged me and sent my refund over $200.00 less then what I was told I would get. Sad that there is no follow through, poor customer service and no loyalty to their customers. Matter of fact nick said" I didnt even know you were on our maintenance program". That is inexcusable to not know ahead of time who you are going out to service. Advanced shame on you! You have lost a loyal customer as you chose not to take care of me.

I needed to get my furnace serviced to sell my house. I called and they scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and did a professional job. They also offer a free filter with their service !!! Thank you for your reliability !!!
