We got a heat pump installed. They were friendly and all on time to get the job done. There were many mistakes with our order amd chad was very apologetic and got it fixed and made the order right as soona a possible. They left a bit of a mess behind, but all in all a wonderful local business I would recommend and would go back to again

Stellar experience from the beginning on. After we agreed on what we wanted, office staff promptly called to schedule us. They were very pleasant about accommodating me on getting my paperwork taken care of (I had a weird schedule at the time). After that, I didn't have to do a thing! They showed u up exactly on time the day of and had our unit installed quickly and with quality, clean work. They wore booties to protect my flooring and vacuumed up the small bit of dust they created (honestly they even got a little of MY dust that I'd overlooked lol). We are very pleased and highly recommend!

UPDATE: after my brother spoke with office manager, they agreed not to charge for any services and leave it at that. Office manage was much more helpful than other staff.

Hired for simple service, ended up with broken heat pump. They then said "well, we don't service these" and "it must have been broken before". Still plan on charging me for breaking heat pump fan and left 70+ woman without AC during heatwave.

Came and serviced my furnace today. Thank God cause it needed it. He was on time and very helpful.

Had ductless system installed 4 yrs. ago. Great price and great work! Had problem with unit as somtimes happens. After first service call, could not find problem but unit working again. By morning, not working again. Took several days to get tech out. Tech said it was freon, replaced freon at extremely over price. Several days later unit down again. It was close to a week before next tech. Owner came out and found compressor vibrating and extremely hot, not running. They wanted over 500 dollars for labor only. Compressor was under warranty. He told me that Osha won't let them recover the new freon they had just replaced so it would be another 100 plus for the new new freon charge of 4 pounds 4 ounces. I called Mitsubishi and they did not call company for help in trouble shooting or notify them of a problem as required. And the Osha thing was a lie. I do not recommend at all. They have lost me and friends for future work. Just be informed and ask questions and pricing up front.

We couldn't be more impressed! From the installation to the yearly maintenance, they are amazing!!! We highly recommend them!!!!
