Sonic Air Duct

My error. Sonic Air Duct was not the company that my review was meant for. It was meant for Moment Air.
I apologize for making this error. Please do not consider this review when considering Sonic Air Duct.

Do not use this company. I tried. They did not honor the appointment that I made and never called about it. I spoke with 5 different people only getting a dispatch service and was told each time that someone would call but no one ever did. Don't waste your time like I did.

Troy was knowledgeable and provided excellent service of my old house’s ductwork. He took the time to educate us about our system and provide tips on maintenance. I’ve used other companies in the past for air duct cleaning but Sonic was by far better in terms of service and my overall experience. We’ll absolutely use them again.

Troy from Sonic air was professional, courteous, and explained each step to me as he moved on. Also got some good tips for maintenance and efficiency. Overall, I would hire again for any of my vent cleaning needs.

Great experience with them cleaning our vents. They were on time, polite and knowledgeable. Value is good, had a good experience and they were committed to make anything right in case I had any concerns or complaints which I didn't.

The personnel came on time and very nice to talk to. However, the equipment is very weak has no power behind it to do the task so I asked to stop from doing any further work. The guy at the end was very mad and left the house without even putting back the exhaust cover. Very unprofessional. I will no recommend this business.
