Really great experience overall. Honest, friendly, and communicative in every aspect. No attempts to upcharge in any way for anything extra or hidden. You ask for a price when contacting the company initially over the phone and that’s exactly what you pay with great results.

I used this company to clean out my dryer vent as I was getting a repeated clean vent message. I have no reason to believe the service provided wasn't exactly what was needed. I am just disappointed that it cost close to $200 for a five minute job. I'm sure most of the time spent was driving here, so maybe it's not unreasonable.

We engaged Sonic Air Duct Cleaning because they claimed to have an effective cleaning method (power brush and vacuum) and were mid-range in price. We arranged for our ducts to be cleaned prior to the replacement of our forced-air heater with a new furnace and heat pump. The person doing the duct cleaning completed the job and stated that there was not much to clean out of the vents.

When it came time to have our new unit installed the installer quickly told us "you should get your vents cleaned with this new unit going in". As they had the filter compartment open, I could see up into the air intake and saw a heavy accumulation of lint and dust that obviously had not been touched by the "cleaning." I then opened up our air return vents and passages and saw that the cleaning was not near complete in those areas either.

I was grateful that when I called Sonic to inform them of the problem, they immediately answered that this work was not done to their standard. The owner of the company came out that same day to check the work and stated that they would have a tech come and do this over. The owner came back with the tech within a week and repeated the cleaning.

I appreciate the response by this company when there was a problem. That showed great integrity. However I can only give them three stars for this, because a trustworthy business will get the job done right the first time. The repeat cleaning required me to reach back out to them and to take another partial day off work to be present while the cleaning was done.

With a boiler-radiator system to heat our house we haven't needed air duct cleaning, but when our dryer vent clogged we needed help fast and they provided it. We appreciate the prompt professional service.

We used Sonic Air duct for our duct cleaning at our house. They were very thorough, friendly and easy to work with. Our house feels very clean, the heater is way more effective after their deep cleaning. When a complication arose with the dryer vent they stayed after hours to get it fixed. Called in the experts and got the dryer vent fixed in the contracted rate. They explained the process in detail and were very transparent from the start. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all our subsequent cleanings.

Got dryer vent cleaned. I had to supply my own vacuum cleaner and 3 minutes after he left, the hose unhooked. While I was re-hooking the hose to the exhaust, I discovered numerous holes that he punctured in the hose. $200. What a joke.

This company is great. Booked the appointment same week of service. All options are a La carte on the website. Pick what you need. No haggling or hassling. Employee worked hard and fast. Price was exactly what I was expecting.

They were great! Fast, friendly, & the job was done perfectly. I have no idea when the ducts were cleaned last (if ever) prior to buying my home, they were able to get it all cleaned out in under 90 min. Highly recommend!
