Green House Plumbing and Heating Bellevue

I found Green House Plumbing via Angie's List and took a chance based on reviews. I am so glad I went with them! I am completely impressed with the level of service and quality of their business and employees. I have confidence that when they make a suggestion or recommendation, it is for my interest. They were up front about their labor and pricing and did not up-sell unnecessary products/services to make a buck.
I have nothing but good things to say about Green House Plumbing and am happy to recommend them to anyone.
I do not say this lightly, trust is difficult to come by in these difficult times, and I feel Green House Plumbing stands above the rest and definitely earned and deserves my trust.

Great service performed on time and without any issues. We had a gas furnace replaced and some misc. plumbing work. The team was efficient and the install went without a hitch. I was dealing with an inspection report on a home purchase and had a tight timeline to get a bid in to fix the issues. They guys were able to come out quickly and provide a bid which allowed me to negotiate a concession in the purchase agreement. I would definitely use them again.

Love Green House Plumbing! I've used their services twice, and both times they were prompt, friendly, efficient, and effective. They made extra-sure I had no leaks, and even educated me about how I can avoid future problems, how best to maintain my aged pipes, and happily answered side-questions I had which were unrelated to the main reason I had called them. We had an issue with the seal on the gas cord for our dryer. Was able to get an appointment in short order. David arrived on time and was very professional. He immediately diagnosed the small issue and fixed it in less than a minute free of charge. Highly recommend and will definitely call Green House for our next plumbing needs. Thanks!

Zimri and his counterpart came out to help find and repair a leak. They came early, which was awesome and they did a fantastic job explaining every thing to me as they were doing it. They quickly found the problem and fixed it up in no time. I think the value was really good for the work they did. They left the place super clean. I’ll be using this company from now on.

They came to my house to give a quote and thoroughly explained work to be done. They came back to do the repairs two days later and were on time able on budget. Great guys Thai really cared about their work.

We were using this company for several years now and we've always loved them. But what pushed me to write this was when our kitchen pipe burst around 9 pm and my partner and I thought we would have to wait till tomorrow to get it fixed. I called Green house plumbing and Omid came to our house in less than an hour. He fixed the pipe and when he left, there was no trace of water anywhere! I really recommend this company and will be using them for years to come

I needed a small fix that turned out to be either a very expensive but unnecessary undertaking (we could rip the walls apart if you want to totally remove it) or a 90 second thing - literally removing an extra fitting to accomplish 80% of what I needed. The tech was clear and helpful, super professional, and took care of it. Another plumbing company quoted me a lot of money for the same issue. Absolutely impressed and they deserve their high rating, will call them first time and every time.

I was very disappointed with the repair service I received. I was led to believe that it was a lengthy repair. The repairs took 1 hour and cost $600.00. I called the office to complain about this discrepancy and was told that this is what they charge, they seemed very uninterested about this misunderstanding. As well I noticed later after the plumber left that there was a bunch of silicone stuck in the sink that I don't know how to remove. I will not call them again.

In response to your message below. I agreed to the repair as I thought it was a lengthy job. Your plumber leafed through your price book for a while trying to find something that fit. He quoted me on replacing Ptraps in both sinks. What he did instead was replace a 2" section of pipe and reverse the hot and cold faucets in both sinks. The first sink repair (pipe & faucets) took him 15 min. The second identical sink repair took him 30 min as he had a problem with the drain and needed to use silicone to secure it. He told me not to use the sink for a couple of hours so it could dry. This is the sink with the silicone smudge in the picture. I had asked him earlier about the malfunctioning handle on the toilet and he said he could no longer get parts for that model and could not fix it. After he finished the $600 job on both sinks in about 45 min he must have felt badly and went to his truck and found a toilet handle and replaced it in 5 min. When I called your office that day to discuss my concerns (while the plumber was still in my house) I was told me that is what you charge for this job. No one asked me what the job entailed or asked to speak to the plumber? It was a very disappointing call and poor customer service. My point is that I feel I was misquoted and over charged for the hour of work done plus I have silicone left in the sink. No one has reached out to discuss this and see how they can make it right. Plus the plumber denied using silicone.
