My air conditioner decided to take a summer vacation in the scorching heat, and I was sweating bullets. But Brechtech came to my rescue. Their team of professionals wasted no time and got my AC unit back up and running in no time. Now, I can enjoy a cool breeze in my home even when the sun is blazing. My mom had some electrical problems at her house. I helped her find Brechtech online since she doesn't use the internet much. They had a good rating and did good work. Affordably priced too.

Marvin was great to work with. I called him, he came out a day or two later and scoped out the project. He emailed the proposal later that night. We hashed out a few details and came to an agreement.
I made the initial payment to Marvin, used to buy the materials that have a long lead time and also to start the work for permitting the changes. The permit applications were submitted a day or two later, and then we waited ~6 weeks for Seattle City Light to come disconnect our power so Marvin and his teammate could rewire everything from the street to a new panel.

Marvin was a great communicator. For example, on Thursday he predicted that our power would be restored on Friday at 1:30pm. I asked him to text me at 10:30am on Friday with an updated estimate. He texted me at 10:28am with the update.

Ultimately, the bulk of the work was upgrading us from 100A service to 200A service, including:
* Running new service wires from the power lines to our house.
* Installing a new mast, to receive the new wires from the power lines
* Installing new grounding rods, and routing them appropriately
* A new meter, and outdoor panel with service disconnect
* A new panel
* A new car charger outlet
* 2 new 120v outlets, interior and exterior

Marvin was great to work with when he came out to do a few things for us. Everyone from our first call was professional, courteous, and happy to help. We are very satisfied with the repairs completed for us!
