I just had to wait 3 good days before giving a review. (I need to see how everything goes). I admire Ruben's tenacity in ensuring that we knew what product and system would work best for our needs. I appreciate Ben and the other technician who installed the system while I was working from home. I am thankful to Sergey for coming back after the job to help with a hot water issue (though this is out of the scope of the business). We got a 2-stage Coleman furnace with an AC coil along with the Nest Learning Thermostat installed. The communication with the business was steady and adequate. Throughout the process the team was professional and adept. I would hire again without out 2nd thought. Thanks so much!

Ruben came to provide the initial quote. Explained me all the details, took time to answer my questions and provide various A/C options. A very honest quote since I went through at least 4 vendors before finalizing on this one.

On the scheduled day, Andrew and his team arrived on time and got the job done in 7 hours. Did a thorough job to do all the post installation checks and cleanup. Andrew answered all questions to my satisfaction.

All star team. Sergey, Ben & Reuben were responsive, professional and competitive with their quote. After agreeing to the quote, my job was scheduled within the time frame that I had in mind. They arrived on time on the day of install. Worked all day but couldn't finish the job on day 1 due to unexpected and unplanned issues. Came back as promised on next day morning and finished the job to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

We had to call Essential Mechanical on a short notice due to an unexpected issue with our furnace. We are new homeowners and after getting our vents cleaned the furnace was not turning on frequently and heating properly. The company AirCare USA recommended Essential Mechanical and we couldn't be more grateful for it. Ben responded quickly to our call and was able to visit our home that same afternoon. During the visit, he was diligent, worked quietly and was very respectful. Once he finished, he explained the problems and answered all of our questions. When we bought the house, we knew that we had to replace the furnace, we were shopping around for prices and plan to replace it next winter. Since, we were so impressed with Ben professionalism and customer service :) We will be choosing his company to do the work and put an end to scheduling appointments and researching companies online, uff! Another plus, when contacting Essential Mechanical is that you get text messages that confirm your booking, to inform you when they are about to arrive at your home and a survey for their service. Overall, we are very happy and pass on the recommendation to contact them, because you won't regret it.

We recently hired Ben at Essential Mechanical to come out and fix our furnace that died. He was prompt and proffessional. He was the second opinion we had on our furnace problem and I felt as though the first opinion we received wasn’t very honest. Ben was able to fix our furnace and do it in an honest way. If you have any HVAC needs I highly recommend going through these guys! Ben is one of the nicest maintenance providers I’ve ever met. Him and his team were so polite and professional throughout our entire process, while also being super patient with any surprise or hiccup that came about. They worked diligently and were super communicative the entire time, while also being more than happy to answer any questions we had along the way.

This was our first experience with needing to have any large equipment installed, since I’m a first time home buyer. That being said Ben even went out of his to answer any questions about items relating, but not pertaining to the HVAC system.

It was the best experience I’ve had with needing someone to come out for a repair. It then turned into the best experience I could have asked for when needing a large scale unit installed. I will be going through Essential Mechanical for any of my future needs.
