We had Ben from Essential Mechanical service our gas furnace. Job well done! Booked the day before, service was done the following morning. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail the service and durability of our unit. He found that the blower motor cap was out of tolerance which eventually can cause the blower motor to fail. He had a new part on hand and installed it during his visit same day. Ruben B. quoted, and E.M. was Selected to install an NG Coleman 60k BTU 2-stage furnace (96% eff.) , a new touch-screen thermostat, and a, NG Navien tankless water heater. Ben, Andrew and Sergio did the install of both in one day, were on-time, explained the upcoming work and venting, and proceeded to remove and install. They explained operations, and even activated the warranties. They asked our satisfaction with the install, and cleaned the areas to where it looked like now work had been done. They were what we hoped for as far as installers.

My furnace started making a funny noise, and I found a phone number on it that got ahold of an HVAC company who referred me to Essential Mechanicals. What a blessing! Ben responded within hours of my message and got right to me the next day. He was on time, professional, friendly, efficient and did an awesome job, very thorough. He located and explained two other major issues, besides the motor that was squeezing, that likely would be causing me problems soon, based on wear he saw. He never pushed me to fixing those, but recommended and offered to if I wanted it done today. I really expected a much higher bill that I got, I was SO relieved at the price, I’ve been gouged by repair companies before.
