My unit needed to be replaced so i called alex to give me an estimate and sure enough comparing it to others Alex Hvac offered the best deal also the technician explained in details what was going to be replaced and worked on. 1.year later and i have a great working unit with no problems and Alex hvac follows up on maintenance.

Alex installed a brand new Furnace and Humidifier in my townhome. He not only did a great job with the installation, but also provided me with exceptional customer service. When I called Alex to ask him how to work the furnance because I wasn't available during the actual installation, he went out of his way and drove all the way back to my home just to show me!
