We called Galactic air to service our HVAC system after experiencing some minor issues. They arrived on time and were quick to repair our system. The mechanic was wearing a mask and kept a safe distance when informing me of the issues and repairs. Excellent team and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I needed a heater coil replaced also recharging the system and they took care of all of that and this time they showed up earlier and we’re here and thorough with the job they did. Really Great service.

Rob had done maintenance on my AC compressor a long time ago, and I liked his work then. When my HVAC died completely (30 years old!), I didn't hesitate to call him again. He got Wyatt and Brian out to my house within a few days and they did a great job on my new HVAC, paying close attention to every detail and making sure it was all up to Code. They even cleaned everything up and were very friendly answering all of my "dumb" questions. The unit is working great!! The weather has been the usual for Spring in Hampton Roads, so I've already used the AC and heat. All is great. No more worries. And the pricing was very fair. Rob even gave me the "Heroes" discount for being in a long line of war heroes!! They get all the stars from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
