Very thorough and took the time to explain what services he preformed and the status of our system in terms I could understand. I loved that he came in and got right to work. It was a great value for what we paid. They are honest, hard working and a great local business!

I called this cold, snowy evening because my house temp had dropped 20 degrees - to 50! William helped me to troubleshoot my HVAC without having to make a visit. They've been totally dependable since we bought our system from them 10 years ago.

Not only are they friendly and prompt, they know what the heck they are doing. The guy ran our thermostat thingy like he invented it. The diagnosis of our problem was quick and a discussion of the fix with regard to affordability was determined. (It wasn't an emergency and I couldn't afford the fix immediately so we decided to wait.)

I've had nothing but positive experiences in working with William and Shaun.

- I bought a new HVAC unit from 7 Services Inc. back in 2011. It was installed properly and I haven't had any issues related to the initial installation.

- During the initial install, I requested that some of the existing registers be moved, and I had new registers installed. Shaun was able to help me with this.

- I had problems with small leaks from previously-installed equipment (by another company). Shaun was able to help me with this.

- I had issues with my static pressure being too high, forcing my combined unit (gas+heat pump) to run in heat pump mode in freezing temperatures which was a problem. William and Shaun were extremely patient and were able to diagnose and remedy my problems.

7 Services installed a new AC system for my house. They are very professional, and very knowledgeable. The owner, William, asked what I wanted, and never tried to sell anything that I did not need. Definitely recommended!

Hampton Roads -- 7 Services is the company you want fixing your HVAC! They're prompt, professional, experienced, honest, and fairly priced. (I chose these words carefully -- they are truly ALL of these.) You'll feel like you had a trusted friend come over to perform the repairs instead of the usual swindler trying to upsell you on something. I will be recommending them to all my friends in the area and they will be the first call I make if my system ever hiccups again. I'm the type of person who endlessly searches the internet to find the right "fix" to whatever "problem" I'm trying to solve. I promise, you've found the right company with these guys.

It’s great to have an HVAC company you can really count on to show up as promised, explain and fix the issue, and fairly charge for their work. Both William Malin Sr and Jr are the best!!
