William and his father are awesome! They are both professional and courteous. They will come out in your time of need even with very little notice. They even did my annual maintenance for a very reasonable price. I will be recommending them to friends and family!

My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and our AC stopped working out of nowhere, at the most inconvenient time..the day before a holiday, July 3rd. Naturally it’s the hottest day of the century, and every business we called couldn’t get out for 3+ days. A coworker of mine found William w/ 7 Services and we were thankfully able to get in touch! He helped us troubleshoot with what we thought could be the culprit, and with his patience and helpful guidance we were able to get it turned back on! This was all within the hour, too! First point of contact, figuring out details, talking out a time to meet, troubleshooting, and then fixing the problem; done faster than most places take to even call back to tell you they can’t get out for another week.
Since buying our 1st home and having these issues come up that we’ve never dealt with before, there aren’t many contractors, businesses or people that have been as kind and genuinely WANT to help people, as William. So many are more focused on price gouging and less concerned about helping others, but we really got lucky finding 7 Services. We’ll use them as long as we are in this area and recommend them to anyone that has HVAC needs(: THANK YOU again!!

I've been struggling with a faulty HVAC since April and have jumped through hoops with my home warranty company in order to get it repaired. I requested an appointment and Will was at my home two hours later.

He corrected mistakes made by previous contractors my home warranty sent out, explained everything to me so I understood, and was able to fix my system. I finally have cool air again! He even reached out this morning to make sure it was still working correctly.

It was so refreshing working with someone who was knowledgable, honest, and just an overall wonderful person.

Bill and his 7Services team has been incredibly responsive. Installed a new unit (correct tonnage this time) and water heater in a hard to access attic on an incredibly hot day/week! Did the maintenance recently and everything is great. Highly recommended for knowledge, professionalism and very reasonable prices.

I have been a 7 Services customer going on 3 years now and I am so happy. Our first interaction with them was in the dead of summer 2017 when we needed our AC fixed. We called every number we could find for an AC repair men and none of them had time for us. We came across their number late in evening and they came out that very night and got our AC running. The owner Will is a Navy vet and said he wasn't going to leave us to suffer in the heat. We were so grateful we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. We ended up getting a brand new Carrier Furnace / AC installed by them last year and received an incredible deal on it. They also installed a tankless hot water heater for me when my old hot water heater started leaking. They are all very kind and respectful. My family and I really enjoy their company when they visit us for service. Best in the business!

We called 7 Services at the recommendation of our daughter who had a great experience with them a few months ago. Will came out and spent almost 3 hours doing our HVAC inspection, unclogging a drain in the AC, tuning in up and adjusting the furnace. We were very happy with his diligence and answering our questions. Great price too. Highly recommend.
