We had the upstairs heating system fail during a major heat wave. The team at Moneta Heating & Air solved our problem in short-order, while being courteous and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Brooke, Shawn, and the entire team at Moneta Heating & Air.

Moneta Heating & Air just installed a whole new HVAC system in our home a few weeks ago. They did a FANTASTIC job!! I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up after themselves!! They met the timeline they said they would and were always there when they said they would be. Brooke, in the office, was amazing to work with as well. She answered all my emails and phone calls promptly, even with my 100 questions, LOL! She also was able to arrange the electrician to come by and give a quote as well as taking care of scheduling him along with the install. As someone who was clueless to the process of this huge install, I was thankful that she handled everything for me.

I also used Moneta about 3-4 years ago at my old house for repairs to my HVAC system and eventually, to install a new heat pump and furnace at that location. They were always prompt in returning my calls and fixed the issues I called about. They were also hands down the best price we found!!

Our AC unit was in need of a replacement so we contacted Moneta Heating and Air. Brooke was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to schedule our install very quickly. The installers were knowledgeable and answered my husbands questions. The installation was flawless and we were up and running within a few hours. I would highly recommend their services!

Excellent service. They sent Randy and his son out to fix our AC and we were so pleased by their level of professionalism. They did a great job and were very polite and respectful. All communications with Brooke at the office were excellent! 10 stars for Moneta Heating and Air !!!

I installed a DIY minisplit for my workshop but it required a pro to make final connections, pull a vacuum, etc to validate my warranty. A couple places wouldn't even return my calls as they sell their own units. Moneta Heating & Air quoted me a price that I felt was reasonable. Shawn was the technician and was patient with a hovering homeowner and Brooke was always friendly and available to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this company. They also don't make much money for jobs such as mine but they've gained a new customer if I have other needs.

I called Brooke about getting ductwork installed in my attic, which is not a fun place to be. Randy came out and provided estimate and explained how they would go about the process. They took care of the installation with no problems, addressed all of my concerns, and cleaned up before leaving. Quality customer service and professionalism.

A little over a year ago, I need a new HVAC system installed at my home and they did an exceptional job; it was quick and affordable. I highly recommend Moneta Heating and Air!

Moneta Heating and A/C continues to exceed my expectations. My home warranty company could not locate a service provider without delaying my service repair. I contacted Brooke at Moneta Heating and Air Conditioning who scheduled Shawn to come out and diagnose the problem. The part was ordered and the installation was completed. Customer service has always been excellent and Shawn is an A-1 service technician.

After I had to call a "big box" franchised company due to my heat pump crapping out on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend they eventually quoted me a flat rate fee of $1,066 to do the job. I knew it was an over-priced quote and chose to instead call Moneta Heating & Air for a quote. They did the job for almost HALF the price! They were prompt (in-fact they were even a little early both for the visit to give me an estimate and for the service appointment!), knowledgeable, friendly, and my heat pump has been running great since (knock on wood here!). I would recommend highly!
