Jon has been very responsive to any contacts concerning heat pump replacement to our recent home purchase. He offered several recommendations, and we opted to the one which we felt best met our needs and budget. The crew, including Jon's Dad, completed the job in one day (yesterday). Very professional, good looking installation. Jon just called to ensure all was well so far. Looks like we selected a superior contractor. They were also recommended and used by several of our neighbors, a big influence on our decision to call them.

John and another young man came out to work on our unit. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were phenomenal! We would definitely recommend Control Maintenance for any HVAC needs, and we will be calling them back for any of our future HVAC needs.

I wanted to thank them personally, but they were finished, cleaned up and gone before I could!

Do not do business with this company they will come and fix things that are not wrong with it just so you have to call them back and pay them again to fix the problem that was originally wrong with it! took advantage of someone who truly needed help!!!!!
