Shout out to Foster Plumbing and Heating prompt response to our AC issues. Danny, the tech, worked in the poring rain to solve our issues. He then discussed the issue with us and explained what was wrong and how to better prevent this from occurring again.

Great company to work with, very professional, friendly and very much customer focussed. I had a Trane AC unit installed with them little over a year. Somehow, the evaporator coil gone bad and Foster Plumbing & Heating replaced it for free although the warranty had just expired. Couldn't be happier...Highly recommended...I worked with Matt who is a serious, straight forward and trustworthy guy..

They charged over $900 for a two man team to do less than three hours of work. They installed two standard Delta bathroom faucets and a Kohler toilet--all supplied by me and at the premises when they arrived. I did not get an estimate in advance and was shocked by the charge. In addition, one plumber gouged the vanity countertop when installing one of the sinks, causing several deep and noticeable marks. The manager later came to our home and inspected the countertop. He said the plumber who damaged it was no longer with the company. The manager also said he would have the countertop repaired. The manager is currently in contact with a contractor to repair or replace the countertop.

Brandon came out to my house yesterday and did everything he could to solve my main sewer line problem. He spent an extensive amount of time exhausting every option to try and get my plumbing up and running before he left. Definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Foster is now going to replace my whole sewer line in a timely manner so I can have plumbing again! Extremely grateful to this company and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Excellent service! Extremely fair price. Had about 10 plumbing issues taken care of in a few hours, and he even showed me how to shut off my water main so I'd know in the future. Highly recommend using Foster P&H!

They were excellent from start to finish. Great communication, the install team worked VERY hard to get the job done in one day so we would not have to go without heat for the night. They did not stop working the entire time. I could not be more pleased. The follow up post install has been great as well.

Tim and Martin came to our house to repair our mini-split. this morning They did an outstanding job locating the issue, explaining the problem and what they were doing to resolve it, and performed a thorough job to provide a complete solution. It is a great relief to have highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals come to fix a cooling problem in this heat. Thank you!

Logan just executed another great maintenance visit. Have been customer for several years and they are consistently superb in their service & maintenance calls. Techs know what they are doing; thorough in their explanations, personable etc. Can't say enough good things. Wish all service providers were this way.

This was my first time using this company, but they will be my go-to plumber from now on. Excellent service, fair price, and first-rate work by Paul. I am sure that this level of service and quality extends to their HVAC work as well. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! You won't be sorry.
