Murillo Mechanical

Murillo Mechanical was fantastic! Robert and his team were always quick to respond and answer all questions! Being someone who knows nothing about AC they made me feel comfortable and did multiple walk throughs. We wanted all of the work completed before we moved in and Robert made it happen! I definitely recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!

Where to begin? The oil boiler was on its last leg and the temperature had dropped below freezing. I called Robert for a quote. Robert arrived that evening and had a quote the next day with an install date three days later. The whole process was easier than purchasing a cell phone. Robert's knowledge and experience put my tenant at ease as well made myself. The day after the install, Robert did a follow up to ensure the installation was handled properly. Robert stayed within his estimate and his time frame. This is one company I will recommend to anyone. While I do not look forward to calling a repairman, Robert will be at the top of my list as he is honest, punctual, reasonable, and listens to the customer for a solution.

I paid top dollar to install brand new AC system at my house using Murillo, as per their recommendation. A MONTH later it is leaking all over the place, and they try to lie about it. They started blaming dirty air filters until they found out they were being changed monthly. I had another professional inspect the new AC and he told me whoever installed this AC did a horrible job - lots of things improperly connected, lose parts, etc. emergency drain panel was overflowing. Just a nightmare, and worst of all they will argue to the bone to take any responsibility and fix the issue. Run from these jokers. Positive feedback must be from friends and family.

My A/C went down and within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with my Home Warranty Company, Mr. Murillo called me to set up an appointment. Mike was on time and had the A/C up and running within 15 minutes! Great customer service and very professional. Definitely will be using them again!

I just had all my duct work replaced by Murillo Mechanical! First of all of the guys were super sweet! They came in for the initial quote and looked inside of vents and spent about a half hour in my crawl reviewing everything. Came out showed me what was going on. I received my email of how much and they had the job! They did it the following day (took 2 days). If I were you I would choose them they do many different jobs! Customerservice alone sold me!

I recently had to have an entire split system A/C and gas furnace replaced. Murillo is who I chose to do the work for these reasons: 1) Prompt on assessing the problem, and giving me options what needed to be done. 2) Did not try to sell me items I did not need. 3) Was very communicative on the whole process and timeline, and worked with my schedule as well. 3) Pricing was fair and well explained. 4) Performed a good clean install, right on time and quickly. I was very pleased with the whole effort, especially when good service is getting hard to find. I highly recommend Murillo Mechanical and will definately be using them again, as I own multiple properties.

I have used Rob for several projects, full HVAC system installations. He is priced right, does excellent work, timely, and professional. He takes pride in his work. One of the few contractors that puts his clients satisfaction first and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with his work. Highly recommend!!!

We had our unit replaced several weeks ago. We received a quote same day and next day we had a new unit. Clean installation, respectable and thorough workers. Reasonably priced. Our unit is working perfectly and we have no complaints. Would highly recommend.

When my heating pump system went out, I spoke with a friend who recommended Murillo. Rob came out and assessed the problem. Unfortunately, it was time to replace my 20 year old system. Rob discussed my options and then he and the guys got to work. They didn't leave until everything was clean and checked thoroughly. Everyone was professional and respectful of my time and space.
